New Sets Need to Be Implemented, Old Ones to Be Fixed

C15 spoilers have started today, and the set needs to be implemented.
In addition, SOI and DDQ were recently announced, these should be added as well so we aren't waiting on them when they are released. Also, add in OGW as that will start within a couple of months.
Finally, Duel Deck, Eldrazi vs Zendikar needs to have its TLA and release date fixed.

Every duel deck in existence (beyond the first ones and the special ones like Anthologies) follows a very set code. DD stands for duel deck, and then it is followed by a letter, which goes down in alphabet for each on that is released. DD Eldrazi vs Zendikar was DDP, so the next on is DDQ. It was just spoiled today through WotC articles along with SOI.
