Notifications for trade binder?

For some reason I don't receive notifications when someone posts on my trade binder... Is this the norm or a glitch?

You may be unsubscribed from your own binder. If you scroll to the bottom there should be a subscribe button.

Not a problem. Same thing happened to me once.
