So my question is that which we have all asked at one point, why not use tapped out to play online against your friends?

In reality not all of us ask that. There are a lot of us who understand what property of Wizards means from the get go. Tapped Out is an awesome tool for deck building and getting feedback. It has a purpose and acomplishes it for free. If you want to play MtG on your computer there is MTGO or the already existing illegal ways.

Keep tapped out just the way it is but if you pay a yearly subscription "portion of which would go to Wizards" than you could play up to a maximum amount of games per day against friends. It's a win, win, win. Tapped out gets the revenue they need to fix "inconstancies". If there's a maximum on how many games you can play per day and it would not effect retail. Lets reach out to tapped out, what do you say?
