Panels do not seem to be working properly

I use to be able to seed panels one into another, by using the following script:
===accordion
===panel: The Main Panel Block
===panel: Inner Panel (1)
Content of Inner Panel (1)
===endpanel
===panel: Inner Panel (2)
Content of Inner Panel (2)
===endpanel
===panel: Inner Panel (3)
Content of Inner Panel (3)
===endpanel
===endpanel
===endaccordion
But now if I do this, the main panel opens, but when I attempt to open any of the inner panels, it all collapses closed. Was there a change made to them where this no longer works?
Furthermore, how would I go about seeding panels within one-another, now?
Content of Inner Panel (1)
Content of Inner Panel (2)
Content of Inner Panel (3)
It also appears to be doing some funky stuff where Inner Panel (1) never opens, and Inner Panel (2), (3) do open, but only after the Main Panel collapses. Then you must re-open the Main Panel in order to view the contents of (2) and (3). But again, (1) is unresponsive.
I've been having this problem, too. I just did a spoiler tag instead.

You need to use another accordion block nested within the first panel. I struggled with this when trying to do the code for a bunch of my decklists, and this is the only way I was able to get it working.

I thought perhaps having a content-break between panels might help, but it does not. Tested below.
The Main Panel Block
Does having a content-break help between panels?
