Persistent petitioners question

Hello!

I have been working on a Persistent Petitioners Commander deck on here for a bit now. Even thought the card is allowed more then 1 of in a commander deck, the site will not let me set it off prototype because there are more than 1.

IS there anyway to change this?

does the deck have at least 100 cards? the deckbuilder shouldn't be forcing the deck as a protoype just because you have more than the legal number of copies of a card.

I tested this, it seems to be bugged right now. While this works with the other "any-copies" cards, the TappedOut team seems to have not changed that rule for this card yet.
