Playtester not working?

Hi all, my tapped out play tester v1 is not working. v2 does. when i go click on v1 it takes me to a page that says

Application error

An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details.

It says Heroku at the bottom? What is that?

Also, on a different subject, if it would be possible to add side boarding into v1 that would be amazing. I greatly would thank anyone who knows how to fix the first problem
