I'm rather new to the site and have been having trouble with the playtesting mechanics. Is it possible to draw a card without ending your turn? Also can you actually 'tap' things or do you just have to use your imagination?

Try clicking on stuff.

Click the deck to draw. Click a permanent to tap.

I'm almost positive there is even a list of hot keys. Through that you can learn what can and can't be done by you. I've had to switch to using hot keys sometimes because using the mouse would just not work.

I've found that if you click the name of the permanent you can change certain attributes about it, but that doesn't work for lands. Now, I should have mentioned this before: I only get online through my smart phone, so things might not work the way they are supposed to. I got a land to tap earlier but I couldn't recreate the effect. Anybody else use a phone to get on here that has some tips to share?

I too use my phone sometimes. I only use it to do test hands and mental first 3-4 turns as like you said it doesn't always tap and such. playing a full game would be a task on your phone and I reconmend using a laptop or something similar for full games if you can. If you are able to use your phone as a mobile hotspot you might be able to connect a laptop computer to it for a a little bit to test what is needed (if you dont have wifi).
