Private message issue

So I was scrolling through a conversation I had, and I realized that after I scrolled up a bit, the messages stopped, as if the earlier ones had been deleted. This was something of an issue, because I was looking for what cards somebody had agreed to send to me.

Can this be fixed? Am I the only one with this problem?

Happening with all my long conversations, not just that one. It'd be nice to be able to see all the messages that have occurred.
