My decks are not prototypes. Sure I improve them as I go along or have cards I plan on putting in them when I getr them. My decks are all above 60 cards. Why does it keep automatically flagging my decks as prototype automatically? I go to change this and it just reverts back after I click save?

Okay, I just finished looking at some of your decks. If you choose a format for a deck but the legality of the cards don't match, then it gets auto-flagged as Prototype. It's important to know that for the Modern format, it isn't just "anything printed in a new card frame". That's just a simple way to get the basic idea of what's legal. The real definition is "any expansion from Mirrodin forward, and any core set from 8th Edition forward". Special box sets (Duel Decks, Premium Decks, etc.) and promotional printings (FNM promos, Judge Foils, etc.) don't count as expansions for the purposes of determining what's legal.
In your deck:venser-the-bouncer-3 deck, the following cards aren't legal in Modern: Absorb , Angelic Shield , Cloud Cover , Flood Plain , Sawtooth Loon , and Sky Spirit .
In your Goblin Blitzkrieg (Burn) deck, the following cards aren't legal in Modern: Chain Lightning , Fireblast .
I didn't find anything in your Rainbow Beatdown deck that isn't legal in Legacy, so I don't know what's going on there. Try the tip I gave in my first reply and see what happens.

Thanks Rhadamanthus I didn't know that it auto flagged like that. The one who explained the Modern format to me messed up in explaining it to me there. You cleared it up for me though. Thanks man.

I ran into a similar problem and I fixed it by unchecking "Prototype", clicking "Save and Continue Editing", and then clicking "Save" after the page finished reloading. See if that works for you.
