Prophet of Kruphix was banned in January of 2016.

Not sure if this is specifically what's being referred to, but cards only printed in Planechase decks are listed as not legal in any format.

Primordial Hunger - Deck showing both Preyseizer Dragon and Thromok the Insatiable as illegal.

Do we need to report all problematic cards ? I also found some conspiracy cards, Throne of the High City and Split Decision, illegal in my decks.

Regal Behemoth is showing as banned but I believe that only the "Conspiracy" type cards are banned from that set.
