Is there any way in which users can change the accepted answer that they give if they felt that the answer was incorrect or that they have been cheated?

A primed example of this is an answer that I provided to a question that later turned out to be incorrect. (about adding loyalty counters to creatures) Can the Accepted Answer be changed to someone else by the person who asked the question? Could this be implemented as a feature to change the answer, or has this got way too many complications/implications?

Yes, the accepted answer can be changed by the asker.
