Quick Editing Behaving Oddly

The little +/- buttons on deck lists are behaving in an odd manner, and I can't quite get down what is going on with them.

At times they will register, at times they won't. They have higher chance to register at some categories than others (prices has never worked and still gives an error, but custom categories currently seems to be number 2, though it doesn't give an error). When you try and reload the page after an edit with these buttons, it will revert back to what it was previously. At times even, different categories will show different things. Type might not show a card, but Custom Categories would. Even further, when going into decklist there are a bunch of cards that are "0x" ofs, but not all the ones I tried to remove are at 0x, only a few.

I'll post more information if I can get any, but this makes cube editing difficult >.> (which I have to do in a deck list because the cube page doesn't have those buttons).

EDIT: Now after going into my deck list and manually removing all the "0x" ofs, all the previous edits that I have done via quick edit have registered. However this doesn't explain in testing in other decks that I've only tried to add or remove a card that was at 2x or higher.

After trying it more on another deck-list, no matter how many times I tried upping a 2x up to 3x and then reloading the page, it wouldn't register, but when I tried to manually edit it, it was already at 3x. Saving it from there finally made it show properly.

I've had this problem at times in the past couple months as well.

I can confirm that this has also been happening to me on firefox, chrome, and firefox for ios. Changes to card numbers on the deck page don't persist after refreshing, but I can see the changes when I go to the edit page. Then I need to save and everything works fine. This started a few days ago.

Can confirm broken feature on firefox, but quick edit remains functional in safari.

I've noticed this problem since I started using Tappedout well over a year ago. It just wasn't super frequent and I always blamed latency and never really questioned it a whole lot.

I noticed this a couple days ago in Firefox. The +/- buttons appeared to work at first glance, reloading the page made it seem as if the changes didn't stick, but going into the "Edit" screen showed that they did actually go through (sometimes in a weird way that left "0x" cards).

Deck was ORI/DTK-BFZ-SOI Grixis Madness for reference.
