Removing Deck folders

Is there a way to actually delete deck folders that I've created, Not just make them empty?
The folder disappears, yes. But when adding a deck to a folder, the ghost folders still show up.

Click the red X on the decks in the folder and once there are none left the folder will automatically delete.
