Removing decks from folders?

Ever since the Folder interface changed, I have no idea how to delete folders or remove decks from folders... all I can figure out is changing folder names and adding decks to folders. Any ideas?

Definitely something to put on the wishlist... I have my folders categorized by type of play, and when one rotates from standard to extended, I'd hate to lose all the comments and upvotes it received by deleting/remaking it.

The only way I could figure out to remove a deck from a folder was to create a copy of that deck and then delete the original; the copy will be uncategorised.
