Savage Surge shows up as Uncommon in draft sim

Just what it says in the title -- the draft simulator is placing Savage Surge at uncommon.

The system was probably confused because it was an uncommon in Return to Ravnica.

Perhaps, although it's been correct up to this point.
(As an aside, I don't really know how this part of the site works -- is this something where I could submit a fix myself instead of just posting here about the problem, or can only certain users do that?)

Only upgraded users can submit fixes for cards. Part of the perk of upgrading.

I sent in a fix. It should be good once an admin OKs it.
