Slow Server?

Lately Ive had a hard time making Decklists as the search card function (that allows you to then choose from different printings, not a true search I guess but just the card names that drop down as you type) is incredibly slow. The wheel just spins endlessly. The same goes for just accessing the site...it often thinks and thinks but then times out just from clicking my bookmark icon. But then I then go to a different site that immediately loads which makes me think its server related. I have experimented with WiFi and without and theres no real difference. Could this be due to high volume of logged in users clogging servers?

Yeah so the site has been a little buggy lately. Thankfully it has been acknowledged by the team that runs the site. You can find their official statement here

KingMathoro okay cool thanks, didnt realize lag was a bug per se, but Im not at all tech savvy
Okay well speaking of which the quotation marks around the word bug arent showing either, lol
Im always a proponent of if it aint broke, dont fix it, as these issues didnt seem to manifest until they started messing with displays and colors of drop down menus etc.

Yeah lag and various other things are bugs also I don't have any issues with quotation marks "" So that may just be something with you. And while it is true that is when those issues started to manifest I would also say that I am glad they are trying to improve the site.

I do hope it improves.

kazichameleon Ive been using site daily for 2 years, the lag is a recent issue, was after the most recent update. That at least gives me hope its resolvable.

Even pushing save/post/preview often leads to minute plus long waits
