Some custom card names not showing up

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but for some reason certain cards references in my description of my deck (Farming: the Gathering) no longer show the custom name I gave them, but rather just show the card name. I'm using the same syntax for all of them ("card:card name|word" inside double brackets), yet only some show up right.

The problem cards: Xenograft; Arcane Adaptation; Karametra, God of Harvests; Teneb, the Harvester; Unscythe, Killer of Kings; Wingrattle Scarecrow.

What am I doing wrong here? Thanks!
