Something is awry with Commander/EDH card counts

I just noticed that all Commander decks are showing as 99 cards + have auto included the generals in with creatures. To clarify, where we used to get a 100 card count by simply having the general in the featured Commander field, it's now showing up in the deck creature column and throwing an incorrect count of 99.

Shrug.
