Sort by set questions

Hi, I have a cube I'm building and I want to organize it by set because thats how I'm going to have to look for them at my local store.

I found the sort by Latest Set option, but it includes sets like Vintage Masters and Tempest Remastered which are online only. Is there a way to sort by only printed sets?

Another problem is commander sets and reprints. I'd like some older versions of certain cards. And I've tried adding the desired set in brackets. For example "Avoid Fate [LEG]" will show me the Legends image when I mouse over it, but it's still sorted in the Time Spiral block when I sort it by set.

I tried copying the cube into a single deck and tried sorting it again that way, but had the same problems.

I realize this is a minor issue, but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything before I continue.Thanks
