Spoiler seasons, sugestion.

TappedOut forum

Firstly ide like to say what i think about spoiler season.. I personally love it.. i love it how people get all hyped up, dissapointed, amazed,exited..so many mixed feelings... i love how people pray or get amazed by their favorite reprints, or dreaded by old enemys.. i love how people cry about a card being completely broken and miss to see the logic behind it.. i just love it haha

theres a thing going on every spioler time though... tappedout gets overflowed with threads.. i mean at the moment, how many m13 threads are there? ( i made 1 myself too haha)

well theres no stoping it because there are so many topics to be discussed so a whole bunch of thread is likely gonna happen.

my sugestion? maybe a section on forums called "spoilers" or" new set spoilers" and within that a few sticky threads.. namely something like , 1. Reprints. 2. New card discussion. 3. Speculation 4. New deck ideas 5.new combos 6.debate (on broken stuff and w/e) .. and whatnot... it doesnt have to be exactly like this, but something similar might lessen the waste of space and would make finding the discussions much easier..since currently i have to dig through a ton of seperate posts..

just an idea i thought i should throw out..

My grammar nazi side is killing me

That sounds like a great idea, as new sets come out every 2-3 months, and as you said multiple threads are always created just for the new cards. I agree.

hmm..and maybe 2-3 weeks after all cards have been spoiled, or when the cards become standard legal, the thread can be reset or locked

Good idea, I support it. I also want to add, on the trade binder wants/haves matches, it should recognize foil cards too, not just any copies. Perhaps even have options to identify or classify cards in foreign languages?

Just use one period when finishing a sentence. That's how most languages have been doing it for hundreds of year and I don't foresee that changing in the immediate future.

Period also means a length of time. It's not just girly stuff.

nice idea I'll hop on board wit dis aswell...Also who gives a crapp about his grammar lol, its not like he's riting a novel, this is the internet i'm shure we have all seen much dummber things on the internet than misspellings and incorrect punctuations..

(like how i added extra periods and purposely misspelled words?..) ;)

I've been in several arguments about it before and prefer to not start another, but grammar is important on the internet for myriad reasons.

Just trust me on that one.

hmm im kinda iffy about the grammar thing important on the net. ofcourse it makes things easier to read but still point is a point. and i think most people like the idea =)
