Stuff not reseting/refreshing

It seems that deckcycles hasn't reseted once again. Also, I'm fairly certain that site points haven't updated either.
yeaGO, help pls? :)
This has happened to me twice. Is this a ploy to recharge every 2 months to re bill for access. I have already paid twice for the same service. Some would say this is criminal. Do I pay again? I would also like a digital receipt for the many times I have paid for services not rendered. I am Quite frustrated.

jjfaulk What are you talking about? It's a glitch on the site that will be fixed as soon as yeaGO realizes it's happened. Relax. It'll be worked out.

jjfaulk, there is a contact form at the bottom of the page.
As for "paying twice for the service..." well... Its literally just a glitch in the system that doesn't require you to pay to fix it, so no, you don't have to pay multiple times. No one else does.

OK problem fixed. the Last two times I had to renew my subscription to get it to reset that was what I was talking about.

No, I have your account history pulled up and you've only submitted one payment to me for the amount of $5 for the upgrade.
If you think taking to my site and implying that I'm some kind of scam artist or criminal is going to get you anything but a refund and a boot, you're pretty mistaken.

This was not my intent. But I did pay twice with Credit card, and my children said I only had to pay once. I guess I did not get a second bill. I must have made a mistake. Well I certainly do apologize for the outtage. The server that handles all of the housekeeping work crashed in the middle of the night. You should find everything to be normal from here on out besides your decks might not accurately show views until later today. Thanks for understanding!

Hmm. That's weird. I haven't gotten any point in two to three days now from any activity. And the rank keeps dropping :( Yeah, not the biggest problem out there, but it still kind of bugs me.

Points went through some changes recently so it's possible you aren't doing anything that racks them up :)

Well, that would explain a lot :D And to be fair, I haven't been that hugely active lately thanks to other pressing matters. But good to know that everything is up and running like it should :)
