Recently launched an overhaul of the suggestions system and are eagerly looking for feedback. Please check out the 'Autosuggestions II' link and compare it with the old 'Autosuggestions' feature. What sticks out to you? Does it seem better, worse, can't tell?

ah yeah, i don't think we really generate casual suggestions. been thinking about removing that as a format and just using a casual tag.

That might cause some disagreement. A lot of the casual decks would then only be legal in Legacy or maybe Modern, and I've seen multiple instances of competitive players commenting that a "casual" deck shouldn't be listed under a competitive format.

I was able to get suggestions for two EDH decks under the Casual hubs, but one other EDH deck under the Casual hub said it had no suggestions available at this time.
The old Suggestions system seemed to be looking only at what colors my EDH deck was, not any synergies with the Commander, but the new Suggestions II seems to be getting suggestions from other EDH decks that have the same commander. The fact that you can add color filters for cards is nice, and the price range filter is especially nice since I prefer to play under a budget.

However, I got these Suggestions II without being a subscriber, so I am not sure what that means.

I concur with DaringApprentice's comments: the Old Suggestions seemed pretty basic and not 'on theme' to the deck I was looking at. Suggestions II looks to be offering much better-aligned suggestions to the deck in question.
My testing was done mainly on my own Commander decks as most of my 60's are labelled 'casual' and Suggestions II didn't have anything to suggest.

I immediately noticed the upgrade version works great to find cards that are ve relevant to the deck. However I think they found different cool ideas and they both came up with synergies that were good. Maybe come up with a better naming system and keep and refine them both. You can give them names that go together like "Holmes & Watson" and people would just get ideas. Maybe just combine them into one, it's more elegant.

On the whole I think the suggested cards are better than with the original suggestion tool but I am seeing the same cards again and again even after dismissing them.
Using the color filter seems essential though, without narrowing the color options the suggestions returned are wildly inaccurate. (Much more so than when using the original suggestion tool.)
The colour filter is essential, the budget filter doesn't interest me much but I can see it could be helpful. It'd be nice if you could set other filters like CMC, type/subtype for when you're looking for specific gaps to be filled.

Another comment, EDH-specific (as far as I know), is that the color filters given by Suggestions II are not the same as color identity filters. For my blue-green EDH deck, I'm receiving suggestions of colorless lands that have a black color identity, such as Bottomless Vault, Cabal Coffers, and Cabal Pit, and I can't use these cards in EDH.

I was able to get Auto-suggestions v2 for each of 1990brrs's decks besides UR Control, but I am not sure if this is 1990brrs's problem.

Unfortunately, the new auto suggestions only returned 2 suggestions for a mono black vampire deck I am working on. Has anyone else experienced this?

Getting extremely off theme suggestions for my landfall deck and a couple others I have private. It was good initial launch but is just as bad as the old version now just spitting out anything.

My deck:
Rockslide
Standard*
SCORE: 7 | 21 COMMENTS | 725 VIEWS | IN 2 FOLDERS
this one primarily is getting random suggestions that make no sense except for the right colors.

with my deck being a tribal edh elf deck the majority of the cards suggested were not 1)elves or 2) pertinent to the major theme of the deck.

I really enjoy this system, it helps me a lot, however, I would love it if I could look at suggestions that I previously dismissed.

Where is the button for Auto Suggestions II? I just the see one, third from the top below the two playtesters.
How are the suggestions generated? Are they based on other decks with the same hubs?
EDIT: Assuming the Auto Suggestions II is Subscriber-only based on the title...
