Supporter Upgrade Bug

Greetings,

I've decided to upgrade to supporter yesterday and the payment went through, received also the notification saying "Thanks for being a supporter!" However, it seems that oddly my account is still not upgraded. When I click on my profile or other decks, it looks as if I were upgraded, but upon clicking on supporter-features such as Customize Username, or All Chats, it either shows a 404 error or says "Chat is only available for upgraded users." When I get redirected to the home page, my profile once again looks normal (i.e., yellow torso image as if I wasn't upgraded). The only feature available so far is multiple deckclycing.

Is it possible to fix this?
