It says on TCGplayer check out low, normal, and high and various pricetags corresponding. Do they have anything to do with condition of the cards? I don't want to check out low and have suckily taken care of cards.

High, medium, and low pricing brackets are not sorted by card quality individually. All conditions are part of the same pricing pool. Because of this, the lowest prices of cards, especially older cards, often correspond with cards that show some wear and tear.

If I remember correctly it doesn't take into account anything below SP/LP so you just have to look at the play/wear of the card you are purchasing at the price

The prices are based on TCGPlayer's system, which is as follows.
Low is the lowest price each card in the list is being sold for, not including shipping, combined.
The middle value is the median price of card in the list, not including shipping, combined.
The high value is the highest value each card in the list is being sold for, not including shipping, combined.
Generally the middle value is the best judge of what your deck will actually cost. So no, the numbers have nothing to do with card condition.
