What exactly Is a tapped out rank? And why Does the number keep dropping?

Well, your rank number keeps dropping because your rank is rising, likely because you have been creating decks, commenting and posting stuff with higher frequency.

It's basically a measure of your worth in life.

Ranks are determined by the points you gain for being active on the site. More active, more points, more rank.

The best decision you can make is to not care about rank.
