top 8 is not working properly

Hello,

the code that checks top 8 decks doesn't seem to work properly.

i placed 12th in a FNM and to my suprise the deck is showing up as top 8

the code probably just checks if a deck placed "anything" rather than checking if the deck placed >= 8
