Maybe this should be under traders but... i want to know how to get a binder since the website trading looks pretty cool.

Actually, it does belong where you put it. The TappedOut forum handles questions about the site itself.

You can edit your binder from your profile page. Your binder is also accessible through the inventory folder in the header bar. Note that a user's binder is not publicly viewable until that user's account is at least 45 days old.
