I initiated a trade. The blue "reminder text" that was above my trade binder for the cards I requested is no longer there, and I did not click on received. But it still shows the "Mutavault " that I am suppose to send out. Is there a way to get the reminder text back? He accepted the trade. I emailed him my info, but have not yet gotten a response with his info. So I can not send the cards out. He has not commented since then.

Describe each side, and tell me in whose binder(s) the trade notification appears.

@ChiefBell: I don't know if he has sent his end or not. The last communication I got from him was when I got his email. I never received an email from him. So I don't know if he even got it.
I initiated a trade with sharkhunter66 on 2/26/2014.

for some cards of his.
I know for sure that I had asked for Doubling Season

Flip
, and Ring of Three Wishes
. I think the other cards were Hinterland Harbor
, Woodland Cemetery
, Ezuri, Renegade Leader
, and Fauna Shaman
.
The "blue pending trade" for the Mutavault
is still on both binders.
The "blue pending trade" for the cards he is suppose to send to me is no longer on either binder.
Since this was my first trade on here, I don't want people thinking that I just don't send out cards. Cause with only one side being removed, it looks like I received mine, and he hasn't. And since I can't send them out without an address.....
