Trouble with Tapped Out

Every time I try to go to my binder I get the "Thopters" telling me that TO is down for routine maintainance. Anyone else having this issue?I am trying to complete trades and I have an address issue with one user, but I am unable to resolve any of this.

I've been having an issue with my trade binder as well. Every time I go to view a trade, it lists my entire inventory as part of the trade for both the sending and receiving parties. I have not had the thopters though.
