Trying to Find a specific basic land for my deck

I hope I am putting this on the correct thread. I am currently attempting to build a Modern Faerie deck, and am looking to have the lands Island 287 and Swamp 291 from the Lorwyn block to be the ones shown when people look at the deck. How do I get those specific arts to be the ones shown? Right now it is Island 286 and Swamp 293 respectively.

T/O can only show one Basic as the official one, so you have to use an Alter for others.
The long version: Check if someone's already uploaded it by going to the Island page, clicking 'Browse Alters', and searching for Lorwyn block. Same with the Swamp.
If they're not uploaded yet, you need to submit them. Go to your Inventory (the folder icon at the far upper right), click 'Alters', and click 'Add Alter' ... hmm, looks like you can also 'Search Alters' from there too, instead of going to the card page.
