Trying to vouch for trader

I recently completed a trade on this site and am trying to find the option to vouch for the person I traded with. I'm positive that I've done it in the past, but I can't remember how I did it. Any help would be appreciated.

Just a note for other people, you can now only vouch for others if you've upgraded your TappedOut account. So if you're trying to vouch for someone, and you can't, then that's one of the problems you may face.

@fireteam: As you'll see from reading my comment, I start by saying "Just a note for other people" since I've heard a few people ask about this, some of whom aren't upgraded members. Seemed like a good idea to cover all the bases. :)
