Unable to Expand Updates

I'm unable to expand the first or second update in any deck. It seems that any other update expands, but the first two are stuck expanded and collapsed, respectively. I initially saw the problem when viewing this deck as neither updates will collapse/expand, and then realized it was just the first two updates that are stuck. I verified this when viewing this deck and this deck. Is this a site-wide problem or just me?

I can expand and collapse them. Which browser are you on?

I'm using Chrome on both my phone and laptop, having the issue on both.
