Unable to use Deckbuilder

For some awkward reason, every time i click Add Deck, it says i have to log in. then when i log in, it says i ahve already logged in, but i stll cant access the deckbuilder. any help?

what web browser are you using? if I find myself using Internet Explorer (for whatever god awful reason) I have that same log in issue

basically IE sucks and does not work with T/O. If that's not fixing it then summon YeaGO
