I noticed in the draft some cards are highlighted by borders. What is the meaning of this?

Also, it's the average pick number listed below the card better if it's higher or lower?

the borders tell you the rarity of the card yellow=rare/mythic rear, grey=uncommon, and black=common.

as for the average pick number : the average pick number tells you how many times a card is normally passed in a draft before someone drafts it (it basically is to help you determine what cards are good for draft and what ones arent usually played.)

also forgot to mention the lower the average pick number is the better the card is

now is the pick number on this site an average of all the drafts done that involved the card? If so does it count the bot picks?

It counts only human picks. =)
