Unique Deck Names?

When I first started I figured people were giving decks more creative names than U/B Control because it was creative and fun, but then I tried to reference a deck of mine in a post but it linked to a different deck. Is that why most decks have such odd names? Like an AKC thing where the first person to register the name "gets" it? Is there a way I can attach a specific user to a deck name (when posting) in the event of there being an identically named deck already in existence, or should I change the name until the hotlink pulls up my deck?

If you go to your deck page and look at the URL, you'll see your deck name with a hyphen "-" between every word, probably accompanied by a numerical date. If you link to that in your posts, those who click will be taken to your deck. The site allows a deck to have the same name as one before it by assigning the newer deck a date to go along with its name.
