Unusual text in the fix-card pages?

When I was fixing cards the BNG set, I noticed an unusual little bit of text that I hadn't noticed before. It is right below the Rules box.

Deathtouch When Acidic...

Was this always there? Have I been blind this whole time? Does it have any historical or cultural significance?

It used to be sample text from Acidic Slime

It's a prophecy from the Elder Ones.

I have always seen it there basically its a example of what should go in the rules.

Sort of like this

Epochalyptik Seriously!? I thought it was referencing the card Acidic Slime but it seems as if I was wrong the entire time. :O

Obviously this prophecy outlines the way that Epochalyptik plans to take over the world. He doesn't want it to fall into the wrong hands.
