Upgraded User Name Display

TappedOut forum

Hello, how can I make my name look like, for example, Apoptosis or CrimsonKing? I've only managed to figure out how to do the basic coloring for my upgraded account user name.

Thanks inadvance for your help.

You need to use HTML font tags to switch from the default font to a new one.

Thank you, Epochalyptik! I have no idea how to do this, though, as I have no understanding of HTML/wed design. I tried to research it, but I couldn't get it to work on the page where I change my name.

There was a thread about it a while ago in the TappedOut forum (I think it was called "Custom Names, who does them?" or something). You might try finding it and applying some of the material.

You should be able to type in the first box on the name-editing page. Try text (using angle brackets instead of square ones).

There's also a markdown syntax help link at the bottom of this page.

Custom names, who does them?

The code is halfway down the first page.

Thanks for the mention. Good to see that the thread was found. I figured it out from the info within that thread. I forget where I found the font, I know it took a little experimenting until I found one I liked.

Thanks to all! I'll have to read this a little closer (sorry, St. Patty's Day hijacked my weekend!)
