What does it mean when it says a binder is expired and is no longer generating matches?

I have started trading and I was just wondering.
I hate seeing someone with multiple potential matches and seeing last login be around 6 months ago. Such sad face.

Why doesn't Tappedout just filter that out? It's ridiculous to go thru accounts looking for trades only to see that every single one has this problem. At least offer an option or something cuz it's ridiculous.

It means the owner of the binder hasn't logged in, in over a month or so, so trading with them will be highly unlikely.
