I was adding hubs to a deck of mine and I saw 12-post I do not know what it means and it keeps addind it as one of my hubs for my standard deck.

12-post means having 4 of each Cloudpost , Glimmerpost and Vesuva (Vesuva copying one of the former) and few times Thespian's Stage but that last one is usually too much.
It allows for big bombs being dropped really fast. With four Cloudposts down, you can hard-cast Emrakul, the Aeons Torn on turn 4. Or any other eldrazi. Or big x-cost spells. Or any other colorless mana-sink.

blackmarker90: yes, but not in legacy, where you can use cards like Candelabra of Tawnos .

This is probably a site issue; the Q&A is more for rules questions. Someone'll be around to move this to the proper forum eventually.
"12-Post" refers to decks that run 4 copies of Cloudpost , 4 copies of Glimmerpost , and 4 copies of Vesuva (and sometimes also Thespian's Stage ).
