What effects forum rank?

I cant figure it out- votes views post count good suggestions? I've seen people ranked terribly low with hundred vote decks. And people ranked very highly that are completely inactive on the forums.
Anyone know what effects rank?

Sorry, I don't think I did. Not anytime in recent history at least. I generally played under some variation of Raine or Rain if I recall correctly.
