What is up with the hub search in the deck builder?

Something is weird with the "Browse by Hub" option in the deck builder. randomly when I try to use it' rather than giving me the usual options list, it'll just give me a search bar which does... nothing. Is this happening to anyone else?

It's been doing it to me for the past few weeks. Don't know why it's doing it.

It's REALLY frustrating, it only works on Commander/EDH, also (i know this doesn't belong in here) when you use the search / advanced search tool could it please show the deck lists like in the main page, like a visual spoiler.

It works for me on/off.
