What's with the 95 pages of Card Submission?

I'm just going to tag every user who submitted a card submission. This isn't natural.

I haven't submitted a card in over two months because I've been working between 6-9 consecutive days repeatedly. I haven't had time to do anything. If I have a submission in there it is either really old and was re-listed somehow or it just trawled my name into a list.

Is that really productive to tag all these people? Sounds like a cache issue.

Well, I haven't submitted any cards since the picture format changed (which I think is an upgrade). My fixes are usually minor. Fixing a rarity or CMC issue here and there.

Well, I've got dritz's word saying that he hasn't done a submission in a long time, so I think it must be a cache issue.

Uh, that is generally the user base being untaught Unforgivn_II.
I'll actually just keep on posting the comprehensive list here, so that I can figure out which users should be accepted into the card submission admin status that Epochalyptik has been suggesting.

Has to be some issue, because the last card submission/fix that I did was Dragon's Maze. Which seems to be where you found that.

So what exactly is the perceived problem? Too many people submitting fixes? Not enough people resolving fixes? A bunch of things listed as fixes that aren't actually fixes?

Uh, the perceived problem is that all of the sudden there are over 9000 card submissions all done by the people I linked. That was just the last 10 pages of them too.

Okay so there were none, and now there are a bunch of them from a long time ago? Gotcha.
Not sure what any of us can do about it though, gonna have to wait for YeaGo to figure it out I think.

they will have to be filtered by ones not accepted yet to give you back the same view as before. this was to do research into who messed up storm crow was it? I have a hunch.

So what, you went back to look at all reports over time to try and figure something out and didn't tell anybody else with access to that what you were doing?
I'm trying to figure out the purpose in calling everybody out who has submitted fixes to the database then?

well that's why i apologized for not communicating that i made the change.
but yes, in general i'd like to see more caution and less escalation and broad announcements. =) its a fun thread but it wasn't particularly necessary, it was just a small interface change I made which made it i guess look like thousands of submissions had come through.

The only thing I've submitted was Carnage Gladiator, all the rest of the cards in DGM were done by the time I had a chance to do them. I haven't done any since.

i haven't noticed that severely fast or severely slow speeds have any impact on traffic, strangely.

If every upgraded user has the ability to submit fixes... And some people might not understand that it takes a while for changes to be approved/hit the server... I'm going to guess this. Especially with everyone brewing FRF.
