What's with the T/O ranking?

You know the ranking that's with your stats as a user with how many decks you have built etc. I don't understand what the T/O rank is and how it works so someone please explain who has been on this website for awhile and/or who knows what T/O rank is please.
lol asking someone to not double post in a comment that fits into one of the definitions of double posting.

You pretty much just explained it to yourself. Rank is based on points. The higher your point total, the lower your numerical rank (#1 is the top rank). You earn points for posts and other activity.
