As the full spoiler has been posted today, I am wondering how long it will take to have the entire set up so that it can be drafted.

It might be slightly quicker than a normal set, but Femme_Fatale still has to put together all of the images; the process is essentially done by one person I believe, so it's whenever they have the time to finish.
I don't think the sets are released to draft on T/O until the set is actually released either, but I could be wrong.

ducttapedeckbox, I'm uncertain of exactly when sets are available to draft, but I do believe it is around pre-release time. Yeago can correct me on this one.
As for the EMA cards, they will take longer on two accounts. One, thanks to the new Magic Daily articles done by WotC, I can now keep track of the higher resolution images that are spoiled much more easily. However, higher resolution images have one inherent flaw: They aren't colour balanced. This takes about 5 minutes to fix for each image, including figuring out the correct crop ratio for it to be viewed properly on this site without the image being distorted or pixelated.
I would have had all of them done by Friday, but because of the second reason, my co-workers are never consistent and I always end up having to work on my days off. So it may be quite a while before you peeps will actually start to see the posts. I only get like, 2 hours a day to myself.

Thanks for the clarification, Femme_Fatale. I just remember someone complaining (surprise surprise) about the set being loaded but unable to draft it. I think you're right- drafting becomes available on prerelease, not release.
On a side note I have some free time now so do let me know if I can help in anyway. Although, it might be more time consuming to get me caught up with the addition process than it is to just finish yourself. The help is here if you want it!

As a sort of example of how many of these large resolution images there are for me to do: every day it seems 8 more get spoiled in this manner.
Also, Quiet Speculation took like 20 minutes to colour correct x.x
At least I'm getting colouring experience >.>

They usually don't take much longer than two or three days. Considering that there's no need to actually make new cards, I guess it might be quicker.
