Where are the new cards?!

Hi, I submitted a new card over 2 days ago, Ichormoon Gauntlets. I've seen some cards from all will be one added to the site the same day they are spoiled, so, what gives? Where are the other new cards? Why does it take so long for some cards to get added? Is there any way to speed up this process? Thanks.

Yeah so I volunteered to submit a card to a new set. I added it days ago, but it's still not added to the site. Why not? I'd love to volunteer and help lmao.

vishnarg, I've submitted a few cards recently, and for past sets. Turn around time for availability for actual deck editing took a day to a couple of days in each case.

we will try to get it going faster i will look into the holdup. the submissions were accepted pretty fast so it wasn't that.

Out of curiosity, why does the site not have an automated card adder process? It could just query Scryfall once a day or something for new cards.

We have a process, but we manually accept them to make sure that data that isn't compatible with ours doesn't go through (they use symbols in collector's numbers, make up way too many sets, don't have alterations to handle various foiling or stamps types, images are regularly stretched beyond their normal resolution and have madeup names for cards that are much harder to clear for us), and it is still going to be hit with the same bottlenecks that the card add/fix form does, so I've been just doing it manually since I'd already have to go through it a second pass and surprisingly enough double checking and doing it manually takes about the same amount of time.
