where do i go to trade cards on this site?

so i have been on this site for like a month now and there is a box that says the people that have and want a certain card and another that says that they want a certain card ... but if you can't trade what is the point? So can someone pls direct me where to go if i want to trade

In the meantime, if you want to trade:
Create a deck, using the mainboard for haves and sideboard for wants. And use this as your temporary binder, that people can look through.

I believe your account needs to be 45 days old before your binder is published.

Once you've been here for two months, you're able to set up your trade binder. This time frame is to help minimize the potential for someone to make an account just to propose trades and potentially rip people off.
You can access your binder from your own profile page. Once you have cards in your trade binder, you can generally look at people's threads in the trading subforum, and look at their binder pages as well. On someone else's trading binder page is a "propose trade" button which lets you, as you would think, propose trades.
