Why are there 3 different Mirrodin Besieged sets?

I have Pondered over this, off & on, ever since I first joined the site, many moons ago...
I would have likely forgotten all about this, like most others have, if they ever noticed it at all in the first place. However, as an avid enjoyer of Infect, I would frequently use cards from the 'Scars of Mirrodin' block, including it's third set: 'Mirrodin Besieged'.
On this site there is the normal 'Mirrodin Besieged' (MBS), but for some reason most, if not all, of the cards in this particular set also have the set listing of either 'Mirrodin Besieged: Phyrexia' (MBP) or 'Mirrodin Besieged: Mirrodin' (MBM).
Example: Phyrexian Crusader (MBS) vs Phyrexian Crusader (MBP)
- Why?

They are MTGO only sets yeah. Specifically sets of pre-release packs for MTGO pre-release event for MBS.

Mirrodin Besieged was the first set to introduce faction-themed prerelease packs. The main set is MBS, the Mirran faction prerelease set cards got the MBM code, and the Phyrexian pack was given MBP.
Interestingly, I can't find any reference to those set codes anywhere on Gatherer, Scryfall, or on the online retailer sites. The only reference I found was on this site and on the MTG Fandom wiki: https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Mirrodin_Besieged
