here's my deck:http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/29-05-15-infinite-creatures-with-infinite-power/It has 60 cards and has land and creatures and everything. When I uncheck prototype and save it rechecks the it.

not really sure but it could be because you have 100 cards. all the decks that i have seen are 60 cards.

No, thegoldentoast , mine is an EDH (Commander) deck, so it's supposed to be 100 cards. It says there are 100 cards there, and I've counted them and there are 100 (including the Commander). I've got other EDH decks on here, and they all entered okay, so I don't know about this one. It's a mystery to me.

@RamaLama: Unsure why it won't turn into a normal non-proto deck for you. That's kind of weird if your deck is legal and it's labeled right and you don't have prototype checked off...
Ask a mod to look into it, perhaps? I think if you mention their names it's like Candyman or Blood Mary or Beetlejuice, though. One of those options is better than the other 2.

Ha, AngryBearTony, I might do that...moderator, moderator, moderator.
Right now it's just a minor annoyance, mostly because I can't figure it out.

I don't know if it's affecting it, but one of the cards isn't legal in the format the deck is listed for.
