Why is Zada coming up as EDH Banned?

I'm failing to find any Wizards page, list or article that says that Zada, Hedron Grinder is banned in EDH, yet this site says it is.

Since each card's legality has to be updated by hand, sometimes cards that are legal in sets show up as not being legal. Zada is perfectly legal in Commander.

First, Wizards does not manage the ban list for Commander. Commander is managed by the third-party Rules Committee.
Now, TappedOut is known to have legality issues. Do not treat this site as an authority on what is or is not legal in any format.

So, if I understand well, TO seems to be using a "Illegal until confirmed" system? Not so useful... Unless it's more of a "Undefined until confirmed", in which case, it's logical though unwieldy. (Undefined allows for easy search through the database for the cards that are not done yet.)

yeah we have a pre-release phase that's kinda confusing. i will try to make the whole things smoother next set. i swear.

I think in order to prevent this from happening in the future I will start submitting cards with their default legalities as if they were legal on being spoiled. I feel that that would cause less of an issue as this is currently now.
Tagging MinscAndBoo as he's the other user I know who does a fair amount of cards and also should follow this from now on.
(also, card sizes are now optimally to be 241 x 347 MinscAndBoo, if you can follow that, that would be great so I don't have to feel like a nit-picky bitch when I go through your submissions and replace all the images because I'm obsessive compulsive about our database :p)

well there's a strange case here where basically if you specify the legality at the card it overrides the default so i almost think no legalities is better, it just goes with whatever legality the set is.

Do you have specifications set in for sets like Pauper and Tiny Leaders?
That also has the problem with it saying "not legal in any format" an their card page. Pretty much every single card released in a supplementary product is like this.

This type of question comes up a lot. The site's legality system is a bit wonky. Zada's legal.
