Not many vintage players here, I guees and.or not many of those that want to talk about it, unlike vintage lite, edh (which also has it's own forum dedicated to it at mtgcommander, net. If you want to discuss, talk about vintage, the mana drain is the place to do it anyways. It's dedicated to the vintage format.

I would like to add, if there is a big vintage group here that wants to discuss the format, then the admins would add it all we have to do is ask.

Vintage just isn't that big of a format overall. Legacy is where most people go for their fix of eternal formats. You could try asking for help in the legacy forum since that is the closest tapped out offers ATM

The majority of TappedOut's user base is relatively casual Standard players. We have a decent Modern crowd, a smaller Legacy crowd, and an almost nonexistent Vintage presence. Because there aren't many Vintage players here, we don't have a forum for Vintage. If you think we should have one, you'll have to make a case for it. We can add one, but it doesn't really make sense if it won't see use.

What has been said has addressed the addition of a Vintage forum, I wold just like to point out that if you need help with a deck, post it in the Deck Help section. It would just get moved there anyway.
